Register member information

Buy tickets (select event/seat type)

Select your event from the Event List or Article List and follow the instructions on the screen.

Select Type and number of seats from your selected event and proceed to "Buy Tickets"

If you select the seat type and number of seats, the seat number (seat) will be assigned.
Seat number (seat): Cannot be selected
・Seating Arrangements:
Up to 3 seats: Will be seated together
4 or more seats: May be seated in together in the same row, or in pairs
* Depending on the event, you may need to receive your ticket at the ticket counter on the day of the event. Your seat number (seat) will be assigned at the time of receive.
* Depending on the event, the timing of seat number assignment (seat) may differ.

Payment

Only PayPal will be accepted

Payment is due within 30 minutes of order placement.
Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled after the payment deadline.

Once payment has been received, cancellation or changes cannot be made.

Once the payment is completed, the ticket will be purchased and an electronic ticket will be issued.
* Depending on the event, the ticket issuance timing may differ.

We are planning to add more payment methods in the future.

Confirmation of purchased tickets

・Purchased electronic tickets can be checked from Account.

How to use on the day

ⅰ)Account → Display the relevant ticket from today's tickets.

ⅱ)You can check the contents of the event in the ticket details.

ⅲ)You can also find detailed directions such as venues, entrances, and ticket counter.

ⅳ) Show the ticket details screen to the venue staff at the entrance of the venue or at the ticket counter
* Admission / redemption process is described in Japanese so that venue staff can understand

ⅴ)Please follow the instructions of the venue staff to enter and receive the tickets
* Depending on the event, you may need to receive your ticket at the ticket counter on the day of the event. Your seat number (seat) will be assigned at the time of receive.
* Admission / receive processing will be done by venue staff, so please do not touch
* Please note that if you operate by mistake, you may not be able to redeem tickets and planned products.

Reviewing Used Tickets

You can check the e-ticket you used from Account.

If you have any questions about Tickets in Japan or the tickets you are interested in, please contact us using the inquiry form. If you are a member, please be sure to sign in before making an inquiry.

2 days before the event ~ on the day
・ You can contact us by chat email from 2 days before the event of the purchased ticket.
