| Cancellations and Refunds |
Tickets purchased at the customer's discretion cannot be exchanged, changed, or canceled for any reason. Tickets are not covered by the cooling-off period. In case of event cancellation due to force majeure, refunds will be provided within the specified refund period and at the discretion of the organizer. The refund will cover the full amount paid for the relevant event or match. |
